This portfolio represents a collection of my work as a teacher leader prior to assuming a formal leadership role as an assistant principal in 2016.
Five Core Competencies characterize the practice of effective leadership in New York State, and within each of these competencies are a number of specific elements that describe each competency. Part of Bank Street's program for aspiring leaders requires the completion of 600 hours of interning in an administrative role.
